Delivery options

Please note orders placed after 1pm Friday will not be dispatched until the next working day (*working days are Monday-Friday, excluding bank holidays)

The weight of your order and total delivery cost will be clearly displayed in the basket area before checking out

Our standard delivery charge for your party supplies order is £4.50. Order by 1pm weekdays for delivery within 3-5 working* days. All orders are sent with a fully tracked service using Royal Mail who will provide delivery options if you are not in when delivery is attempted.

Heavy, over sized items over 2kgs in weight are £5.95 using the Royal Mail Tracked 48 service.

£6.95 for standard weight orders (under 10kg). Order by 1pm weekdays and receive your order within 2-3 working* days, using a tracked Royal Mail service. You will be provided with various delivery options if you are not in when delivery is attempted.

Service temporarily suspended – We can possibly arrange a next day delivery so please contact us via phone or email to enquire.

£9.95 – Place your order before 1pm on weekdays and the parcel will be delivered the next working day. A signature may be required for this service

Orders will be sent using a fully tracked Royal Mail Tracked 24 service or ‘Special delivery by 1pm’ service

Please note orders placed on Friday will be delivered on Monday as this is the next working day (or Tuesday in the case of a bank holiday)

If you are local to our premises in Lechlade, Gloucestershire, feel free to pop by and collect your party supplies order completely FREE of charge. Simply select ‘Collect in person’ from the delivery options on the basket page and contact us to arrange collection (or add a note at the checkout in the ‘order notes’ box). If you require delivery, please contact us for details.

Charges above apply to the UK, Ireland and the Channel Islands

The day of ordering is not counted as one of the delivery days

* Working days are Monday to and including Fridays and exclude bank holidays.

We cannot be held responsible for any items left at/outside your property without a signature.

Delivery to overseas addresses

Unfortunately we can not deliver outside the UK at the moment.

Returns & Refunds

Please check all orders within 3 days of receipt to ensure we can help to replace any damaged items before your party. If, in the unfortunate event, you are not completely satisfied with all or part of your order, we will issue a full refund. You must contact us within 3 working days from receipt of your order and let us know if the goods are faulty or unwanted. Unwanted goods will still be refunded but need to be returned to us within 7 days of receipt in the original, unopened packaging (you will be refunded for the goods, excluding original postage costs). This does affect your statutory rights.

Please return the goods, using Royal Mail second class delivery, to address below and we will reimburse any delivery charges, if the item is found to be faulty:

Personalised Items

Unfortunately we can not accept returns for personalised items unless proven faulty.
